Congratulations First time buyers
Settlement day : days before settlement I normal do a final walk thru myself with my sellers ( I do not like surprises) . During my final walk thru I make sure the following :
1. Meter readings
2. All trash is gone ( please do not leave trash for the new buyer)
3. Making sure all agreed upon repairs are done and documented. ( videos , invoices and pictures )
4. All sellers belonging are gone and the items they agreed upon are still there
