As a recently trained Level 1 coach, Audrey has already shown what it means to be a First Tee coach by dedicating her time and energy to building meaningful connections with participants, encouraging them, and helping them grow and improve every day.

This week, several of our dedicated coaches gathered at John F. Byrne for Level 1 Coach Training, continuing their commitment to creating positive experiences and helping young people grow both on and off the golf course.
Since 2025, our coaching team has continued to grow through First Tee Coach Training:
• Level 1: 57 coaches
• Level 2: 8 coaches
• Level 3: 4 coaches
• Level 4: 3 coaches
