Philadelphia City Institute Free Library
PCI opened its doors at the northeast corner of 18th and Chestnut Streets in 1855. In 1944, the Institute joined the Free Library of Philadelphia as a branch.
Our library will be CLOSED for browsing and computer use today due to short staffing.
- We will offer Material Pickup at the front door from 11 am - 7 pm; please bring your library card or id to pick up your holds.
- The Penn's Village Presents film screening will be held as scheduled, at 2:00 pm.

- Saturday 10 am - 5 pm
