A Long Island music teacher sex-ually assaulted and stra-ngled his sister-in-law whom he’d reportedly been lusting over for nearly a decade while his wife was away on a bachelorette trip, according to police and prosecutors.

Joseph Horner, 27, kiIIed Victoria Castle, his wife’s 25-year-old sister, at their shared North Oak Street home in North Massapequa and then called the cops on himself around 8:45 a.m. on Monday, the Nassau County Police Department said.

On a Wednesday evening in Oxford, Georgia, Ralph Mincey allegedly picked up a 9mm handgun during a family argument — and shot his own wife and daughter. Then he called 911 himself and said the words that sent chills across the country: "I just lost it. I'm so sorry."
But Jennifer Lynn Mincey, 57, and her daughter Amanda Mincey McBrayer, 37, were already gone.
The argument that allegedly triggered this tragedy? A dispute about whether Ralph was properly caring for his elderly mother.
