As I dived into the healing and wellness space head first…I had no regrets. Because for the first time I was putting myself first

Sometimes it’s okay to be selfish when it comes to your mental health, your peace, and your success.

As long as you can stay true to who you are and in the end become a better and healthier version of you. That’s the most important and more valuable then anything we as people could ever do.

Personal power: is a inner guidance, love, peace, and confidence that we all can posses. It’s up to us to do the hard work to become her!

A person with that kind of power attracts healthy connections, joyful experiences, wealth, abundance, and peace.

What it takes:

Dear Goddess,

One of the most important things to learn is the power of breath-work. Have you ever noticed your breathing when you were super excited? Have you noticed it when you were anxious or nervous? Have you noticed it when you were stressed out? Think about a time where you felt a loads of pressure and you just couldn’t find your breath..how was that experience? Were you able to articulate yourself in the best way? Was your mind feeling foggy? It happens. We experienced it before that’s for sure! One thing I wish I told myself was to just BREATHE. Take a moment to yourself and just breathe. LET IT GO.

Breathing allows our mind to hit pause and send oxygen to our brain. Triggering ourselves to calm down and clear our mind. Once you are in a calmer state than you will be able to express yourself the best way you can!

Once we started practicing mindfulness we realized during those high stress moments..we weren’t breathing which trigger us in a panic instead of a relaxed state.

So, for 7 days we monitored our breathing. Every time we found ourselves not breathing. We would place one hand to our heart and another to our lower abs. Taking 5 cleansing belly breaths. Offering us to calm down and be present in the moment.

After that time we realized how much better we felt after triggering our breathe. With that practice we decreased our anxiety, lowered our heart rate and had better experiences!

So, whenever you need a moment. We challenge you to take 5 cleansing breaths..in through your nose filling your belly and out through your mouth letting your belly come back to the neutral state. Relax shoulders up and down your back. Now notice how you feel and how you respond!
