Last night it hit me…
Today is March 16th.

Six years ago today was the beginning of my independence — and the moment Move With Love was born through Zoom With Love.

I look back at these photos with so much love. That first virtual class where 55 people logged on… showing up for each other in the middle of such an uncertain time.

Your support carried me through the moments when the path wasn’t clear and reminded me why this work matters so much.

And now I’m just sitting here thinking…
wow — look how far we’ve come.

A little reminder for you (and for me): keep moving forward with love, even when the path ahead isn’t totally clear. Sometimes the next step is all we need.
