The next open enrollment period for health insurance in the Marketplace begins on November 1, 2024, and ends on January 15, 2025

You can use open enrollment to enroll in, renew, or change your health insurance plan. If you miss the deadline, you may still be able to enroll if you experience a qualifying life event (QLE). A QLE is a change in circumstance that may allow you to enroll outside of the annual open enrollment period. Some examples of QLEs include:
Losing health coverage
Moving
Getting married
Having a baby
Adopting a child
Your household income is below a certain amount
