Fall fun was in full swing at our Fall Food & Wellness Festival!🍂💙
Hear from Takiyah Durham, Director of Community Engagement at Jefferson Health Plans, as she reflects on a day dedicated to bringing neighbors, families, and community partners together at our West Philadelphia Community Wellness Center.
With more than 350 community members in attendance, the festival offered something for everyone, from free health screenings and wellness resources to food vouchers, giveaways, live music, and family-friendly activities, all while promoting health, connection, and community.
One of the day's biggest highlights was our Sharing Excess Fresh Food Pop-Up, which sold out, helping connect local families with access to fresh, nutritious food.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, sponsored, and partnered with us to make this event such a success. We're grateful for every opportunity to connect with our community and support healthier futures for all.
