Roast Beef and Provolone Pierogi

This week’s pierogi collab is with none other than Liberty Kitchen Philadelphia . Inside we have LK’s
roast beef and provolone served with creamy horseradish, banana peppers, caramelized onions, fresh horseradish and a puddle of jus.

Available in half (3) or whole orders (6) and running through the weekend (…hopefully, sometimes we run out early so don’t sleep).

Bubble & Squeak Pierogi are on special at Richmond St this week.

Served with crispy Brussels on top, bacon vinaigrette and a mustard/bacon sour cream.

This classic British dish gets its name from the sounds the pan makes are cabbage, onions and bacon are deeply caramelized together. This mixture’s then folded into our potato filling.

Pair them with a pint or two of Keen, mild ale.

Pastrami Reuben, Krowleski Wedzony (smoked Polish made, Alpine style cheese), Kraut, Russian Dressing and some Zayda’s pickle chips.
