Old Harmony Rocket that looks like it was toured in every roadhouse bar across the country. It came to us with no pickups but with a set of 70’s Japanese foil pickups in the case. We made rosewood mounts like the original D’armond mounts but that match the size of these pickups. We added a newer rosewood floating bridge and a new bone nut. Pots and jack were also in the case so we wired them all through the F-holes and hell if it ain’t a killer little hollow body! Action is right there and the tone is caught between USA Harmony and Japanese Teisco. Reissue k***s and new strap buttons were added. I made the toggle diamond plate by hand.
Super fun, great sounding and awesome old feel with nice action and intonation.
Lots of dents, scratches and some extra holes drilled in the strangest places. All cracks are tight and strong so no vibration or looseness. Stage ready. Comes with a newer Ibanez hard case. $515

Check out this pre-owned Galaxie Spruce/Mahogany with handmade glitter P-90’s! I made about 20 of these spruce top, mahogany back Galaxie’s with bound tops and f-holes in 2023. There were only 4 made in metallic blue and they sold fast. I got this metallic blue back and I believe it’s the only one with desert sand glitter drum wrap use for the pickup foil and truss cover. It also features a Buzz Stop down tension bar mounted to the tailpiece to mimic a stop tail feel. A DiPinto badge adorns the trem as well. The value on this one new was about $1350.
