This year reminded me just how fast life can change. I started it traveling to beautiful, exotic places, feeling on top of the world — and I ended it facing a 3-spine back surgery. The contrast was real. Some moments were incredible, others tested me in ways I never expected. But that’s life. It’s not meant to be all highs or all lows.
