Viral TikTok Dumpling Soup (Thanks for the inspo )
Ingredients:
6-10 chicken dumplings (personal fave)
1 cup hot water / bone broth packet
1-2 tbsp soy sauce
Fresh spinach
Scallions
Cilantro
Sesame seeds
Fried shallots
Chili oil
Directions: boil water/bone broth packet with frozen dumplings into a pot and add soy sauce. Once it comes to a boil for 4 minutes, drop the fresh spinach in and stir until the spinach wilts down. After 3 minutes, pour the soup into a bowl. Top it off with your favorites! We love scallions, cilantro, sesame seeds, fried shallots, and lots of chili oil! It’s perfect for a quick and easy meal!
