Wednesday: Row, Hang Power Cleans, Weighted Twists, Push Press, Lunge / “Ouch My Abs”
Thursday: Hybrid Murph Prep
Friday: Overhead Carry, HSPU, T2B / Echo, Jumping Squats / Lower Body Strength
Saturday: Team Won
Sunday: Endurance Day
