Meet the Permit Philly team! Up today: Meaad Aldosari, our Permitting Director.

Never one to take the easy way out, Meaad completed law school twice, in two different languages: once in her native Saudi Arabia, where she practiced for a short time, and then at Temple. In Philly, she became interested in land use and entitlements, and apprenticed for a zoning law firm in Center City. She came onboard at Permit Philly in 2021, and quickly took over permit coordination duties for the team.

Meaad is the office engine: she handles the most cases, monitors everyone else's workload, and frequently checks in with City of Philadelphia staff in person. We also know her as the master of understatement, and have learned to expect her to describe any tense meeting or difficult conversation as "very interesting." She has successfully managed a lot of very interesting permitting problems over the years.
