2601 W Oxford St is the third and final multi family project we completed this fall. This iconic building located at the intersection of 26th and Oxford Streets always captured our imaginations over the years. We were fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to purchase this building and we jumped on it as quickly as we could! The original structure was just two stories, but contained four residential apartments and one commercial space. We maintained the unit count but added a third story and rearranged the layout a bit to create a nice corner commercial space, three one-bedroom apartments, and a two-bedroom penthouse with a full private roof deck and a walk-out deck off the master suite. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product! Thanks to all those who helped us bring this structure back to life!

It’s been a little while since we’ve let you all know what we’ve been up to. This fall, Aviron wrapped up 3 multi-family builds in Brewerytown, Philadelphia. This duplex is the first of the bunch, located at the intersection of W Oxford and N Corlies. It boasts our most spacious apartments yet. Each unit has over 1700 luxurious square feet which includes 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, two separate living areas, outdoor space, and some of the best views of Philly you’ll find anywhere in the city.

Check out our upcoming build in the heart of Brewerytown. Located on a quaint cobblestone section of Flora Street half a block north of all of amenities on Girard Ave. This project encompasses 4 single family homes, all with off-street parking (3 of which have 2 car parking!). The layouts are incredibly unique to the area boasting 24 foot frontage width and 4 stories to maximize space and take full advantage of the beautiful view of the city skyline. Stay tuned as we progress these designs in to reality! knocked this one out of the park for us!
