Tim Brickner is a founding principal of Brick Realty Group and serves as the Broker of Record. Mr. Brickner has engaged in all aspects of the Philadelphia commercial and residential real estate market including tenant/landlord representation, asset and property management, retail commercial lease analysis and negotiation, sale lease-backs, multi-family acquisitions/dispositions, marketing and development. Mr. Brickner’s vast experience provides his clients with a unique perspective that most brokers cannot provide.
