💫 Today is day 50 of the 90 day Sadhana assigned by one of my teachers 🤍
🤍 I was reflecting on my deep appreciation and love for her and how special it is, and has been, to take her trainings and learn from her over the years!
🤍 I found this photo of us that feels so sweet…so I wanted to share it.
🤍 It’s truly a gift to learn from elders and masters. Especially ones with a great sense of humor 😅🧘🏼♀️🙃
