Chuck has been the front man of the legendary Bay Area Thrash Band Testament since the ’80s, bringing metal to the masses releasing 14 albums and touring all over the world. 🌎

Chuck has received numerous awards, including the Music & Cultural Awards & The native American Film Festival for Video of the Year for Testament's “Native Blood,” and was inducted into the Metal Hall of Fame with Testament in 2019. 🏆

Chuck sat with me as we discussed his life before and after joining Testament. Chuck spoke about his Mexican - Native American heritage, beating cancer, mastering his craft as a singer, and lessons he learned from metal legends like Johnny Z, Rob Halford & Ronnie James Dio. 🙌

We even spoke about how his mother was supportive of his career, his thoughts on what certifies a piece of music as thrash metal, & Testament’ latest album “Parabellum”🗡️
