Join the Philadelphia Department of Public Health for a Transition to Adulthood Resource Event on June 17, 2026, from 1:00 PM–5:00 PM at 4601 Market Street, Philadelphia.

This free event connects youth and young adults ages 14–26 with disabilities, special health care needs, or other barriers to valuable resources for:
✅ Health Care
✅ Education
✅ Employment
✅ Insurance
✅ Independent Living

Families, caregivers, and community partners are encouraged to attend and learn about programs and services that can help support a successful transition into adulthood.
