A frequent question is how I started working with higher-end, luxury homes. There is no simple answer to that question, but there are little things guys can do to stand out amongst their peers. One of those things is professional design & staging.

Is home staging worth it?

* 75% of the sellers who invested 1% of the home’s value in staging saw an ROI between 5% and 15%.

* Potential buyers spend an average of 40 minutes in a staged home. In a non-staged home, that number drops to a mere 5 minutes

* Staged homes sell 88% faster and for 20% more than a non-staged home

* Interview and find the best talent. Not all stagers and interior designers are created equally. Have a few good ones you can call in during the pre listing period, depending on the price and market of the home.
