We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused dental associate to join our growing practice. This is a great opportunity for both experienced dentists and new graduates looking for mentorship and long-term growth.

Position Overview:
- Flexible schedule (Monday–Thursday)
- 7 total operatories, with 2 dedicated to the associate

Compensation:
- $800/day guarantee for the first 90 days
- 30% of adjusted production after guarantee period
