Mystical Voodoo Shrimp with a Creole Twist 🌶️

Ingredients:

• 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 2 tbsp Creole seasoning
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 bell pepper, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 1 tbsp hot sauce
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
1. Season shrimp with Creole seasoning. Set aside.
2. Sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic in olive oil until softened.
3. Add diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and hot sauce. Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Add shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
5. Garnish with green onions and serve over rice.
Notes:
• Adjust the level of heat with more or less hot sauce.
• Serve with a side of cornbread for a complete Creole meal.

Fresh Fruit Platter Recipe 🍇🍓🍍

Create a vibrant and healthy Fresh Fruit Platter, perfect for gatherings, parties, or a refreshing snack.

Ingredients:
- 2 mangos, peeled and cubed
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- 1 pint strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 pint blackberries
- 1 pint raspberries
- 1 pint cherries, pitted
- 1 pint blueberries
- 1 bunch seedless grapes, washed and stems removed

Directions:
1. Prepare the fruits by washing them thoroughly. Hull and halve the strawberries, peel and slice the kiwis, peel and cube the mangos, and pit the cherries.
2. Arrange the fruits on a large serving platter. Start by placing the cubed mangos in clusters on opposite sides of the platter.
3. Next, arrange the sliced kiwis in a line down the center of the platter.
4. Place the halved strawberries in clusters around the mangos.
5. Add the blackberries, raspberries, cherries, and blueberries in small sections around the other fruits.
6. Fill in any gaps with the seedless grapes.
7. Optional: Garnish with fresh mint leaves for an added touch of color and freshness.
