Here is to the second year of participating in the 4x4x48 challenge created by , but this time with a twist!

For those who are not yet aware, this challenge is to run 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours. This year, instead of running, Adam will be completing a CrossFit workout every 4 hours for 48 hours. The purpose is twofold. The first, to show what the human body is capable of. The second, is a fundraiser.

Adam will be partnering with the Arizona Housing Fund to help bring awareness and funds to combat homelessness and the housing crisis in Arizona.

What's your favorite thing to do on the weekends?

For me, Friday nights look a little something like this. I don't know about you, but since COVID hit, I've spent a lot of time making parts of my home extra enjoyable!

My backyard is my favorite place to unwind after a long week - especially with the gorgeous weather we have been having in AZ! I love creating spaces like this one. It's what makes a home - a home! 

Whether you're staying in or getting out, one thing I think we can all agree on is - a weekend well spent brings a week of content! Am I right??
