If you are reading this it isn't by accident. I want you to know that you matter. That you are strong, smart, brave, but most importantly you are loved. When it feels like your world is falling apart and that it's easier to just give up just remember someone didn't wake up today. While tomorrow isn't promised if it comes try to put your best foot forward leave yesterday behind you and celebrate those that didn't get to do over their yesterday. The storm doesn't last forever nor will it be easy to get through, but it will make you stronger for overcoming it. So keep your head up and find your reason for being grateful for another moment on earth.

Some of the moments that we think are just passing time can be moments that mean the most to someone else. We can not get more time but we can make a difference with what time we do have. Kindness and Love. Joy and Compassion. A simple word of encouragement or prayer might be what saves a life. Treat others the way you want to be treated, because you never know what someone is going through or when you might end up in their shoes.
