What is the A*O Concept? (A*O)?

An alternative to the PEO model is the “Administrative Services Outsourcing” or A*O option. An A*O (also commonly referred to as “Business Process Outsourcing”) provides employee administration without the “Co-Employer” relationship. OneSource has several years of experience administering A*O accounts. The services available in the PEO model are also available in the A*O model. The difference is you retain your own statutory employer status.
