Arizona Disc Golf Association

22 players came out for the 3 Disc Doubles and our final league round at Vista before the start of construction. $464 was paid out to players in payout, CTP, and Ace Pool/Ace Pool Reserve CTPs!

Greg Chance/Hunter Hall took the win with an impressive-16 score and they took home $37 each. Curtis Van Slyke was the big $ winner of the night and took home $126 ($26 for 2nd, and two $50 CTPs).

Brandon Z. won the $44 Ace Pool Reserve CTP and Carson D. won the $22 CTP. There were no aces hit during the round, so we did four $50 CTPs after the round to give away the Ace Pool.

Spinners on the Green donated a Supercolor Buzzz for raffle and Nathan M. was the lucky winner. Big thank you to Spinners for their awesome support of our league. They have been donating a disc every week for several years and we really do appreciate their support.

Our weekly Wednesday league at Vista will be taking a break during construction. Thank you again to everyone who has come out and supported our weekly leagues that we have been running for the past 6 years! We have currently raised $550 and will donate that towards new tee pads at Vista if needed. Stay tuned for further developments.

Great crew came out for the "2 Off the Tee - Putter Only" challenge. Braden Neff shot the top round of -14 and took the win in the MPO Division. Tom Walther and Roger Jimenez tied for the win in the MP40 Division with a -5.

Spinners on the Green donated a disc for AM Prize and Carson Durand and Jonah Hanson tied for the win with a -7. Jonah Hanson won the CTP Playoff and took home a sweet disc.

The AZDGA gave away a special run Ricky "Sockibomb" Wysocki "Wysocki Sauce" Luna and Aiden Quinn was the lucky raffle winner.

Matt Burke won the $10 Pro CTP and Jonah Hanson won the $7 AM CTP.

We will be doing a Skins Match next Wednesday.

The cooler temps brought out 37 players to league this week. Braden Neff and Joe Demaegd tied for the best round in the MPO with a -10 (1013 rated) score. Joe took home top $ by winning the CTP. In the MP40 Division, Eric Schweitzer grabbed the win with a -6 (962 rated) performance.

In the AM Division, Nick Reap and Taylor Cox tied for the win with a -5 (918 rated) score. Taylor won the "Highest Over Your Rating" prize by shooting 60 points over his PDGA rating. Spinners on the Green donated a sweet disc for CTP and Nick R. was the winner.
