Short Term Technician

Responsibilities:

Cleaning short term rentals as prescribed
Refilling consumables as prescribed
Notate damaged or missing items
Wash and replace linens and bedding as prescribed
Complete Checklists
Inventories for Hosts as necessary
Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
Exceed Client Expectations
Meet deadlines consistently


Qualifications:
Be available to clean between checkin/checkout times.
Perform tasks quickly but efficiently

Previous experience in cleaning preferred
Ability to handle physical workload
Integrity to fulfill responsibilities
Strong attention to detail
Strong time management skills
Customer Service a plus

Compensation

Pay based on completed units
average technician earns $25 to $30 per hour
