**Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statutes �38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Paradise Valley Unified School District Governing Board and to the general public that the Governing Board will hold a special meeting open to the public for the purpose of deciding whether to go into executive session. As indicated in the agenda, the Governing Board may vote to go into executive session, which will not be open to the public, in accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes §38-431.03.A(1) for the purpose of conducting the Superintendent's annual mid-year evaluation. Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 38-431.03.A(3), the Board may vote to convene in Executive Session on any item that is listed on this agenda for discussion or consultation for legal advice with the attorney or attorneys of the public body.
