What does honoring your inner child even look like? It means healing inner child wounds and embracing your younger self and reparenting them❤️

When I do inner child work (with my therapist) they have my imagine what age my inner child is. And then they have me imagine giving her a big hug and telling her that she is love, she is safe and her emotions are valid.

Part of healing our inner child is embracing them. 💕SO TODAY EMBRACE YOUR INNER CHILD!!! 🤪🎊Eat some food you loved when you were a child, do an activity you loved as a child or even watch your favorite childhood movie❤️🍿

Today I will also post some journal prompts (extra credit 😉) to help you figure out your inner child and what they need❤️

It seems like we all related a little too hard to my question series “what are your signs you are not doing too good” 👀 so I thought I would make it into an infographic.🤪
Knowing and being able to recognize your physical and mental signs of when you are struggling is very important ❤️👏🏼because once you recognize it… you can do something about it.🎉

I love educating my inner circle (support network) what my signs are and coming up with a plan together when we are noticing those signs come up-what we should do. 💅🏼
