🚨The biggest thing any lash stylist will tell you is to make sure you are washing your lashes daily.🚨 This is to help keep you lashes looking amazing between fills but also to help keep your lash line clean and healthy. 🤩
This is what a lash line looks like with oil build up, this can be caused by not washing your lashes and from your view you may not even notice it or realize it is there. This is what can cause poor retention and causes your lash extensions to slide off of your natural lash.
Your extensions should last until your natural lash sheds off but not washing can make the oil build up and eat at the glue bond holding it together.
Some things I hear from clients who do not wash are; “all my lashes fall off when I wash them”, “I feel like my extensions are clumping together”, or “my lashes just aren’t staying well”. And to that I say “are you regularly washing your lashes with a lash safe cleanser?”, or “how often are you washing your extensions?” Most times they admit that they aren’t washing or are washing only once a week. This will cause your lash extensions to fall off prematurely. 😔
Please make sure you clean your lashes daily to avoid this and to help the health of your natural lash line 💚
