Your clients ARE your business, so developing and maintaining strong, healthy relationships with them is key. Some business owners don't have a classic “people person”, nor do they have adequate time to respond to clients completely.

Business owners need to ensure that they are giving clients a professional, trustworthy 'face' to go with their name, they also need to make sure all of their new, existing, and potential clients’ needs, questions, and correspondence are attended to in a timely fashion.

Lets face it, if clients feel neglected or ignored, even if you have every intention of getting back to them, they may go elsewhere. That is money out the door and you know what they say, bad new travels much faster than good.
