📈STR Demand is expected to grow by 4% - a solid statistic given high interest rates & a turbulent global economy.

🏙️Small & mid-sized cities to retain top demand growth spots (“Small City Rural” leads the charge at 15% YoY change in demand)

🏠Supply growth slowing but not nearly as fast as demand (with pandemic gains in occupancy now erased)

🏆Amenities matter more than ever (ie: “The Hot Tub Impact” with hot tub - 65% @ $365 = $237 RevPAR & without - 57% @ $292 = $166 RevPAR)
