We have been working behind the scenes and have something exciting to share! In our mission to break down gender barriers in the fields of design, construction, engineering, and technology, we are excited to share the BuildHER Mentorship Program!

Our mentorship program is designed to foster growth, diversity, and inclusivity in these traditionally male-dominated industries. By providing a platform for both seasoned professionals and emerging talents to connect, share knowledge, and inspire one another, we aim to cultivate a supportive environment that empowers women to thrive in their careers.

We are now accepting applications for both Mentors and Mentees!

🏗️ Here are a few details!

📆 How long is the program? 10 months and begins this August

🚀 What is the time commitment? A few hours every month

💻 Where will we meet? You and your mentor/mentee can decide on the best place for you. There will be 3 in-person meetings as a collective where all program participants will be able to collaborate & network.

💡🌿 What can I expect to gain? Both mentors and mentees can expect to cultivate their strengths in order to gain skills in nurturing professional growth & personal development, networking & making connections, address challenges & obstacles, and harnessing the leaders within themselves.
