Belief!

At BLAST It starts with the Belief in one’s self and one’s ability to achieve something greater. This is our foundation. If you can establish this early, you’re more likely to withstand and conquer the challenging and toughest moments you may face ahead. Think about how easily or quickly you would give up or avoid doing something because you don’t believe you possess the power and ability to accomplish that thing. When you self talk do you hear the voice of a critic or a cheerleader? Whether you say you CAN or CANT do something, you’re probably right. Which will you say?

I challenge you to experiment with this change in language. Start saying more "I CAN" in place of "I CANT" and see what changes come of it! Believe in YOURSELF!
