Another client spotlight on this beautiful Friday ✨
It has only been two weeks since our launch, and we have seen so many amazing men and women come through our classes and SHOW UP 👊🏼🔥 it is so amazing to watch this community grow day by day, and to see how our mission grow alongside that group.
Part of our growth includes incorporating WELLNESS into FITNESS. Our classes don’t just get your sweat on, they also coach you through your mindset and help you set your intentions for each day.
We have a few mantras during our classes that we want to share with you as you go into your weekend:
✨ SHOW UP for yourself
✨ PRIORITIZE yourself
✨ CHALLENGE yourself
✨ BELIEVE in yourself
✨ BE EASY on yourself
These mantras are easy to say, but can be hard to incorporate into our daily lives. It is so important that we keep working our minds just as hard as we work our bodies!
Happiness is like a bike tire - If one spoke is shorter than the others (mental / emotional / physical health), the tire won’t rotate 💓

Wellness Wednesday ✨
How are you energizing yourself throughout the day?? Is your food ADDING to those energy levels, or DRAINING them?
What you eat and drink throughout the day is SO IMPORTANT. It can make or break your energy levels throughout the day. Whether or not you’ve kept track of it, your body has without a doubt noticed this change in energy. After a big, hearty, fried lunch, you’re bound to be much sleepier than you were the day you ate grilled that grilled chicken salad. And somehow the day you had ten cups of coffee you were much MORE tired than the day you only had two.
Here’s some quick tips to give yourself no-crash energy that won’t leave you feeling fatigued an hour or two later:
✨Increase your water intake!
✨ Limit coffee to 4 cups (actual cups) a day
✨ Eat WHOLE foods that are not fried
✨ Make sure you’re eating protein, fat, and carbs (macros) at EACH meal
✨ Snack on nuts, fruit, AND veggies throughout the day to get all of your macros in
✨ Limit your sugar intake
