Did you know that our wellness had 8 pillars needed for us to find life balance? ⁠

☀️ Emotional wellness is the ability to understand ourselves and cope with the challenges life can bring.⁠

💼 Occupational wellness is the ability to get personal fulfillment from our jobs or chosen career fields while still maintaining balance in our lives.⁠

🧠 Intellectual wellness is the ability to open our minds to new ideas and experiences. Staying curious along with creating. ⁠

🍃 Environmental wellness is taking responsibility and care of your global environment and your personal surroundings. ⁠

💰 Financial wellness is the ability to identify our relationship with money and skills in managing our financial health. ⁠

👩🏼‍🤝‍👩🏾 Social wellness involves how we connect to others around us and in the world. Having a strong network that can give support and guidance in our times of need. These should aid us in having healthy relationships. ⁠

🏃🏽 Physical wellness is the health of our physical bodies and our acknowledgment of our need for movement, nutrition, and rest. ⁠

🧘🏾‍♂️ Spiritual wellness is the ability to establish peace and harmony in our lives. ⁠

If you had to rate how you are in each pillar from 1-5 ( 1 being needing a lot of attention to 5 I am good) where would you stand? ⁠

Create the time to cultivate what matters in your life... "But Jen 🧐 how do I find time with the ever-changing current life I am living?" you ask... I have a few tips. The most important one is setting Boundaries for Yourself in whatever it is that you want to create the time for. I can empathize and know that setting boundaries are probably one of the toughest things to do. It has been and is still a work in progress for me.
Need someone to help guide you in creating time for whatever it is you wish to cultivate in your life, new habits, feeling stuck in slow motion with feeling blah. I have the tools lots of them in my toolbox 🧰 of getting! I have gathered a ton of them in my own journey. Guess what? I am still gathering tools 🛠 along the way.
