‼️ Class Schedule Announcement ‼️ This Saturday 8/31 will be my final Total Relaxation class at 9:30, come in and let's make it the most relaxing one yet! We are making way for some exciting workshops, so keep an eye on our schedule!

I will be continuing to teach my 6 AM Morning Flow on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, in person and on Zoom. For all my early birds who continue to join me, I greatly appreciate your support over the last few months as I've been working through health problems. ❤️ Although I'm not completely healed, I'm doing my best to get better! The best way to heal is in this beautiful supportive community!
