mini-split system:

System removal: Safely recovered refrigerant, disconnected electrical and refrigerant lines, and removed the old indoor air handler and outdoor condenser.

Electrical correction: Identified improper wiring

from previous install-high-voltage power was routed to the indoor unit instead of the condenser. Corrected by cutting and rerouting the power feed directly to the condenser per manufacturer specs.

New system installation: Mounted the new air

handler and condenser, Insulated line-sets, installed control wiring, and reconnected the condensate drain.

Pressure testing & evacuation: Pressurized the

system with nitrogen to check for leaks, then pulled a deep vacuum to below 500 microns to ensure system integrity.

Startup & testing: Released the factory charge, tested voltage, amperage, and verified proper system operation and cooling output.
