Meat the Team

Jacob Silver has been working at Christopher’s and the Wrigley Mansion for the last 4 and a half years. He is very grateful for the skills he has learned over the years and is always looking to improve and learn new things. Jacob has made his way into the Front of the House as one of the servers at Christopher’s meanwhile still contributing to the teams preperations for service in the kitchen.

Sophia
Meet Sofia; she grew up in the Arizona desert. At an early age, she knew she was a people person and after working in restaurants at the age of 15 she fell in love with the industry. Going from a mom-and-pop shop and chain restaurants to Christopher's, her ambitions grew as well as her opportunities. Before Christopher's, she never quite pinned down her future career but since starting at Christopher’s she has found her new passion; wine. After graduating high school, she plans to study for her first sommelier level. In the future, she hopes to work at a winery. Sofia is beyond thankful to Chef Christopher and his team for opening their arms and providing her with adequate resources to pursue her dream job while furthering her knowledge in all aspects of the restaurant industry.
