Program Overview
Mission for Arizona, the Arizona Democratic Party's Coordinated Campaign, is working to re-elect Senator Mark Kelly and elect Democrats up and down the ballot in the 2022 midterm elections. Mission for Arizona seeks passionate Democrats to participate in a three-day intensive political organizing training, where they will learn core skills and qualities needed to land their first role on a Democratic campaign.
The 3-day program will focus on:
40% Experiential Learning: volunteer recruitment, voter contact, persuasion, personal story
40% Hard Skills Training: data skills, volunteer escalation, time management, messaging
20% Exposure to Democratic Political Leaders & Campaign Structure / Strategy

Our Mission For Arizona
In 2018, Arizona Democrats made history when we elected the first Democratic Senator from Arizona in 30 years. This year, with control of the White House, U.S. Senate, and Arizona State Legislature in play — the stakes are even higher. Our mission: build upon our historic success in 2018 to elect Mark Kelly and Democrats up and down the ballot, as well as lay the groundwork to deliver Arizona’s 11 electoral votes to the eventual presidential nominee.

By unifying Arizonans across the state, Mission For Arizona will serve as Democrats’ central hub for resources, organizing, and political infrastructure — creating a ground game that wins.
