Urgent call for help! Please share! The Gavel Project is funding an exceptionally important case out of Virginia about whether the Government can terminate parental rights for failing to use a child's "preferred pronouns." After running away from home when boys at her school threatened to r**e her, this girl was s*x trafficked to Maryland where a state appointed attorney and judge effectively kidnapped the child from her parents for "misgendering" the biological female (who has since rejected her "male" gender identity). The court repeatedly claimed that “misgendering” amounted to “child abuse.” Ultimately, the girl ran away from the male facility where the court placed her (to "affirm" and "accommodate" the fourteen-year-old's male identity) and was consequently trafficked (for a second time).
