An over fused Circuit. What? Why is this an issue? Each breaker has a specific AMP ratting, these ratings are supposed to coincide with a specific gage of wire. So typically you will see a 15 AMP breaker married to a minimum 14 gage copper wire, 20 AMP breaker to a 12 gage copper wire, And so forth. In this case you have a 12 gage copper wire married to a 20 AMP breaker (green) which is correct. Below it (RED) you will also see a wire attached to the same breaker. THIS WIRE IS A 14 gage WIRE! the breaker is too big for the wire. If there is an issue and an appliance (washer in this case) decides to draw too much power, this 14 gage wire will melt and cause a FIRE before this 20 AMP BREAKER REALIZES THERE IS A PROBLEM!!! A 14 gage wire is not designed to handle 20 AMPs of power!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! “ And no It’s not over tapped, square D makes breakers with 2 claps to safely attach 2 wires”

(NEW 2021 build) The Vent stack not routed to the exterior.....????? When there are so many contractors in and out of a new build, it’s hard to keep track of what’s going on. During the inspection I found the washer vent stack was cut. This was most likely done during the HVAC install, never re- routed outside. Why is this important?? Would you want to smell sewer gas in your house??? It’s also a health concern!!!
