Respect Our PV Students

You can tell the election is getting close because here comes Eddy Jackson and his illegal signs. This one is fun because he actually put a website on the bottom, but that domain name goes nowhere and there is no PAC registered as "unmaskpvunions.com." Which makes these signs illegal. Obviously Eddy does not care about breaking the law because he just keeps doing it. Just imagine how much he will cost the district in fines and legal fees if he actually gets elected.

Wow. So let me get this straight, the people that keep yelling about fiscal transparency and claiming that they are the ones who truly understand budgets, can't even figure out how to do their own Campaign Finance Reports on time? And they want to be in charge of the money for the entire school district? How many laws would they break then?

PVUSD Hater Slate -- about to go to Campaign Finance Jail. Just read the draft Complaint naming the PVUSD Hater Slate candidates as Defendants. It's a ground shaker. And it's legit.

The records and disciplinary proceedings at the Recorder and County Attorney offices back it up completely.

Let's just look at Fast Eddy Jackson for now. 2 Quarterly reports for 2023 completely ignored. Others filed late.

But this one is even better - Fast Eddy's team started collecting in a PAC. They never registered the PAC. They used the same name as another PAC legitimately filed by unrelated people. And probably lived off the cash that was intended for someone else.

The Recorder received the Complaint on that PAC. Researched, reported a probable violation of the law. And forwarded that Complaint to the County Attorney as well.

Since the County Attorney is inundated with Campaign Finance violation referrals, it's not likely they'll get to Fast Eddy's squad very soon. If ever.

This doesn't mean they're going to skate free. Nope. PVUSD residents are about to sue. And they claim that the Recorder has or is about to assess Eddy's Squad with tens of thousands of dollars in fines.

Since they should not be on the ballot since they ignored the fines, the Complaint seeks an Order prohibiting the Recorder from declaring the Haters to be winners. So regardless of the election outcome, they cannot win.

If I was Susan Winder I'd get as far away from the other 2 as possible.

And if I was Eddy Jackson or Nichole Klootwyk I'd offer to withdraw from the election in exchange for a promise not to be sued. The fines alone are huge. On top of fines, they'll owe legal fees. The total will greatly exceed $50,000. And all for naught if they're banned from office.

Final thought --- Would you let these people oversee a Budget with $401 Million of government related expenditures?

Looks like Eddy Jackson lied about supporting the M&O- not that we are surprised. Eddy, Sandra and Lisa have not done anything to support the M&O. Eddy said he did at the Candidate Forum (see video in comments), but that was all a lie. I guess we know how he really feels about PV students now.
