I’ll search listings for you. I’ll schedule showings. Show you upwards of 50 homes on my own gas in my own car that is not reimbursed. I’ll write six offers until we win. I’ll answer your texts at 9pm. I’ll negotiate like my life depends on it. But the second I ask you to sign a buyer broker agreement? Suddenly I’m asking for too much. Imagine showing up to YOUR job every day for months with no guarantee of a paycheck at the end. In what other profession does that fly? Here’s the plot twist: in every case and every home I’ve ever sold the SELLER pays my commission. Not you. So you’re getting a fully committed advocate, a shark negotiator, and someone in your corner through the most stressful purchase of your life… …for nothing out of your pocket.
