What have I been up to lately?
These last few months some people may say I’ve been MIA, but I’ve been protecting my energy. I’ve been gentle with myself. Life is constantly changing and sometimes that can take a bigger toll than we initially think. I’m grateful for my support system. I’ve had some really great opportunities and experiences and if i had been moving like I have in the past I might have just missed them!
