Meet legendary ambassador: Julie 💛🏃♀️
Julie has been running for years, but after being diagnosed with RRMS in 2016, it took on a whole new meaning. She started racing to help erase MS, using running as a way to stay strong—both physically and mentally 💪
This year marks her 5th year as an ambassador for The May 50K 🎉 For Julie, it’s about being part of something bigger than herself 🌍
Over the years, Julie has found creative ways to fundraise—sharing her story, posting moments that make people stop and pay attention, and even leading charity yoga events throughout the year, with all proceeds going toward MS research.
Her advice to others: listen to your body, ask for what you need, and focus on what you can do ✨ We all have different limits and abilities—it’s about honouring your own.
