Witness is also the project sponsor for the new Home2 Suites EB-5 project in Ashland, Ohio. We are proud to partner with a developer and operator like Witness that operates at such a high level.

While renovation of the old historical building has dominated the first six months of construction activity at the Home2 Suites EB-5 hospitality project in Ashland, Ohio, new construction has taken center stage in June. Developer and operator Witness investment has the project, which qualifies for both the rural and high unemployment set-aside categories, on track for a 2027 Q1 completion.
