Back in 1992, Terry Hughner, the founder of Total Source, wore several hats: President, salesperson, customer service representative, and even janitor! We now have three divisions, each staffed with skilled personnel to serve our customers: Foodservice, Equipment and Tabletop! We have grown tremendously with a full staff of customer support in each division. Our company has grown because of our philosophy of reinvestment. We are continuously reviewing all areas of our business, including our people, resources, technology, and facility. Everywhere you look, our philosophy of reinvestment is apparent. Our sales team is equipped with every resource available to provide the best possible service to our clients.

We are a spirited bunch who truly enjoy the success we bring to our clients. We celebrate when we surpass a client's goal, because it's generally tightly aligned with our own goals. While we each approach our jobs in our own unique styles, one thing is certain, we all share common beliefs and values that drive our performance.
