๐ Research has proven that consistency is king. The turtle will always win the longevity race, while the hare is focused on what the workout looks like on Instagram.
๐ Take a moment to remember that things will not always be like this. There are phases of life and phases of the year. Your summer schedule does not look like your Q4 schedule, stop expecting your workouts to look the same all year.
๐ Body weight workouts are not insignificant or a waste of your time. They are real, portable, and can absolutely kick your ass. (Iโm not talking warrior 1 to warrior 2, Iโm talking mountain climbers, shoulder touches and squat โjumpsโ)
๐ Variety and variability are the spice of lifeโฆand longevity. Try new things, new classes, new techniques, new skills, new intensities. You wont be disappointed.
