This month’s WPIT site visit took us to Alamar, a 1,130-acre master planned community set at the base of the Sierra Estrella Mountains in the West Valley. Designed for connection, Alamar brings together families, parks, schools, and trails, all supported by innovative engineering solutions that transformed floodplain challenges into opportunities for growth.

As Arizona continues to grow at a record pace, thoughtful community planning has never been more important, and our IN TRAINING ( ) group is getting a firsthand look at how it all comes together.
